Terms for Germanyum digital products and online courses supplied by FOXX AI MARKETING LLC.
Contracting party and products
The contracting party is FOXX AI MARKETING LLC. Offers include PDF books, an online course, the partner trainer and bundles as described on product pages. V1 has no audio. The partner trainer is a two-person practice book, not a professional teaching service.
Price, contract formation and payment
Prices are displayed in EUR or THB including applicable tax. Shop listings invite an order. The contract is formed when the order is confirmed or access is provided. Stripe processes payment.
Account, access and licence
A customer account is required. Access is enabled after confirmed payment and has no fixed expiry. The licence is personal, non-commercial and non-transferable. Publishing, reselling or sharing files or accounts is prohibited.
Statutory rights
Statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming digital products remain. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections under applicable residence law.
