Data and purposes
We process necessary technical data, account and billing details, orders, payment status, download rights, course progress, contact enquiries and consent evidence. Purposes include contract performance, access delivery, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations and support.
Service providers
The actual stack includes WordPress, WooCommerce, LearnPress, Stripe and Stripe Tax, Brevo, WPForms, Polylang, Cloudflare, Hetzner/RunCloud, Yoast and the Germanyum consent system. Providers receive only the data needed for their task.
Payments and tax
Stripe processes payment and fraud-prevention data. GERMANYUM does not store full card numbers. Stripe Tax processes location and transaction data for tax calculation once the feature is approved for production.
Email and Brevo
Brevo transports transactional, contact and newsletter messages. A purchase is not marketing consent. Newsletters use double opt-in and can be unsubscribed at any time.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn for the future. Contact [email protected].
Retention
Order, invoice and tax data are retained for applicable legal periods. Enquiries are kept only as long as the purpose requires. Consent evidence is automatically deleted after three years.
