Principle
Consumers may have a withdrawal right under applicable law. For digital content it may end when the consumer expressly consents to immediate performance, acknowledges the possible effect and receives durable contract confirmation.
Checkout evidence
Two separate unticked mandatory confirmations appear before payment: consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement that this may end the withdrawal right. Wording, version, language, time and order are stored as evidence.
Rights that remain
The confirmations do not remove rights in cases of duplicate payment, non-delivery, defects or non-conforming digital products.
